Excellence in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, LLC (EOMS, LLC), was established in 2004 as a solo practice. Dr. Vetter has been in private practice since 1990, practicing in a group practice setting from 1990-2004. As an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Vetter specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the facial bones, jaws, teeth and related structures. The team at EOMS, LLC strive to deliver treatment with care and compassion. We have designed an office that is unlike any other oral & maxillofacial surgeon's office, with a focus on providing you with a feeling of calm and soothing. We want your experience in our office to be as positive as possible, and for you to know that every person in our office cares about each individual.

Dr. Vetter will always offer his professional opinion based on his extensive training, experience and offer treatment as he would to one of his own family. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for our patients and their needs.

Dr. Vetter completed his undergraduate work and dental school at the University of Iowa, graduating with honors. He then performed his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Connecticut Health Sciences Center, and in 1990 began his private practice career in Colorado. He became board certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 1992 and was re-certified in 2002. He is member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Colorado Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Colorado Springs Dental Society. He is also an alternate delegate for the Colorado delegation to the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
